Infrared heating, as an intelligent heating method, is applied on the seat assembly line by setting an infrared heating device at a designated workstation on the body. This device can heat the seat at a fixed time without contact with the surface of the seat, and the temperature can be adjusted according to the different materials of the seat cover. The principle is that according to the different specific heat capacities of the seat surface skin and internal foam, the foam first becomes soft when heated. At this time, the skin will tighten certain defective areas under the elastic effect, allowing the foam to enter certain specific positions inside the skin, eliminating wrinkles and organizing the appearance.

▪ The oven uses infrared as the heating method.

▪ The oven will be used together with the production line, and the products that are baked and shaped will be transported by the production line.

▪ Infrared can transfer heat to 2-4mm below the surface of the seat.

▪ Due to the use of different materials for skins in products with different configurations, suppliers need to conduct tests after oven debugging is completed. For each product, appropriate wavelengths should be selected, and frequency conversion heating treatment should be used to achieve the best heating effect. The settings corresponding to different configurations can be listed and stored.

▪ Heating to the appropriate temperature for ≤ 8 seconds.

▪ The heating surface of the oven is divided into 5 areas, each area can be set with different heating temperatures and heating times.

▪ The selection of heating parameters for the oven is driven by barcode scanning

▪ To achieve optimal results, an internal fan needs to be installed to cool down the oven

▪ The oven adopts a fully enclosed mode to ensure that employees outside the oven will not be harmed by heat

▪ The angle and distance of each heating area in the oven can be adjusted (the distance between the lamp tube and the seat surface), using mechanical hinges or transmission arms for easy adjustment and modification

▪ Control the heating temperature of the equipment within a certain range

▪ Set temperature sensors corresponding to each area to achieve temperature monitoring and real-time feedback, making it easy for operators to visually inspect

▪ Temperature feedback is simultaneously used for temperature output control

▪ Set manual and automatic functions

▪ The overall running time is less than 35s (achieving the best effect)
