This item is used and has been tested to be in good working condition. Seems to need a new lamp. It "tries to" ignite, but it does not "catch on". 

This could be a fault with the power supply, but the lamp is all blackened just at the arc-position, so it is suspect. This product can be previewed at our facility in Ventura, Ca. during normal business hours 8am to 5pm M-F. If you have any questions or specific testing you would like done please email or call us. Please call us if you have any questions at (805) 648-3300.
